For a more detailed description see the Address Books section in Preferences. Basically though, MyLife populates the Person table with the people in your Address Book (a program which comes with every version of Mac OS X). Add the people you would like to deal with into Address Book (making sure to give them a name) then load up MyLife.

We spent a great deal of time trying to come up with broad enough Categories and Sub Categories so that you should not have to do so. Despite this fact, we know that certain individuals will want to store specialty information. Therefore, we created a User Defined Category and Sub Category where you can store other information. The User Defined area provides a table with a number of columns which you can use to store whatever you would like.
