Under normal cirumstances you will not need to log into MyLife, rather the program will simply open and you can begin using it. However, there are two cases when you need to log in : when MyLife has been password protected and when MyLife's database has been encrypted (see Preferences for more details about password protection and encryption).

If MyLife has been password protected then the window shown below will be displayed upon launch. In order to access MyLife you must enter the valid password and click the Log into MyLife button.

If MyLife's database has been encrypted then you must unencrypt it upon launch. In order to do so, you must enter the valid encryption code then click on the Start MyLife button.
